Description
Members-only themed exhibition at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea in Frisco. Accepts Painting, Drawing, Photography, and Mixed Media; free for up to 2 JPEG images. Theme is Industry / Technology; works may not exceed 36 inches in either dimension including frame and must be for sale.
Notes
Submission window: 2025-10-04 00:00 to 2025-11-07 23:58. Free for current VAGF members only; non-members may join before the deadline. Artists notified by November 12, 2025. Accepted works must be delivered to Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea, 13030 Preston Rd, Ste 100, Frisco TX 75035, on Sunday, December 14, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and picked up on Saturday, January 31, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Meet the Artists event is Sunday, January 25, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Accepted artists receive calendar invites from vagfsuggestions@gmail.com. Failure to deliver on time results in exclusion. Failure to pick up on time results in storage fees of $10 per day starting on pickup day. Works must be ready to hang with wire taut at the upper fourth of the frame; saw hook hanging is not accepted. Works on 1/2-inch canvases should be framed; works on 1-inch to 2-inch canvases should have neatly painted edges if not framed. All sold artwork must remain on display until end of exhibition. Artwork must stay in VAGF exhibitions until pickup and be signed out. Artwork must be for sale with a minimum value of $100; not-for-sale work will not be accepted.
