Description
Members-only themed exhibition at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea in Frisco. Accepts Painting, Drawing, Photography, and Mixed Media; up to 2 JPEG submissions free; theme is Industry / Technology; works must fit space limits and be for sale.
Notes
Submission deadline is November 7, 2025. Submission window runs from October 4, 2025 12:00 AM to November 7, 2025 11:58 PM. Free for current VAGF members only; non-members may join before the deadline. Entries accepted in Painting, Drawing, Photography, and Mixed Media. Due to space limitations, art pieces cannot exceed 36 inches in either dimension including the frame. Up to 2 images may be submitted. Artists notified by November 12, 2025. Accepted works must be delivered Sunday, December 14, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and picked up Saturday, January 31, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea, 13030 Preston Rd, Ste 100, Frisco TX 75035. Meet the Artists event is Sunday, January 25, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Calendar invites will be sent from vagfsuggestions@gmail.com. Failure to deliver or pick up on time results in exclusion or $10/day storage fees starting on the pickup day. Works must be ready to hang with wire taut at the upper fourth of the frame; saw hooks not accepted. 1/2-inch canvases should be framed; 1-inch to 2-inch canvases must have neatly painted edges if unframed. Sold artwork must remain on display until the end of the exhibition. Artwork must stay until pickup and be signed out.
