Art Exhibit at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea Shop. Theme: Industry / Technology. VAGF members only; free submission up to 2 JPEG images. Categories: Painting, Drawing, Photography, Mixed Media. Pieces cannot exceed 36 inches in either dimension (including frame). Work must be for sale (value at least $100); 20% commission to VAGF. Delivery Dec 14, 2025; pickup Jan 31, 2026. Host: Visual Arts Guild of Frisco, in partnership with Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea Shop in Frisco. Theme: Industry / Technology. Eligibility/submission: current VAGF members only; non-members may join VAGF online prior to submission deadline. Free submission up to two images; submit JPEGs by November 7, 2025. Categories: Painting, Drawing, Photography, Mixed Media. Due to space limitations, art pieces cannot exceed 36 inches in either dimension (including the frame). Notification: acceptance notification by November 12, 2025. Delivery/drop-off: Sunday, December 14, 2025, 2:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea, 13030 Preston Rd, Ste 100, Frisco TX 75035. Failure to bring during dropoff time results in exclusion. Pickup: Saturday, January 31, 2026, 2:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. Failure to pick up during pickup time results in storage fees of $10 per day starting with pickup day. Meet the Artists event: Sunday, January 25, 2026, 3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. Calendar invites sent from vagfsuggestions@gmail.com. Hanging/framing: ready-to-hang with wire taut at the upper fourth of the frame; saw hook hanging not accepted. Works on 1/2" canvases should be framed. Works on 1" to 2" canvases need neatly painted edges if not framed. Sales/commission: VAGF retains 20% commission from sales; pieces must have value of at least $100; artwork not for sale will not be accepted. All artwork sold must remain on display until end of exhibition. Removal restriction: artwork must stay in VAGF exhibitions until pickup time on pickup day and must be signed out; removal without written permission by VAGF board member may incur significant penalties; emergencies/changes must be communicated to info@vagf.org.
