Description
Installation-art group exhibition and call for collaborative installation works addressing feminist art activism, including power, privilege, race, gender, class, and aesthetics of representation.
Notes
Inspired by modern and contemporary feminist theory concerning solidarity, community, and connection. Works may be designed by one or more collaborating artists. The call seeks documentation of the creation and installation process; a physical or digital sketchbook or journal may be provided for display alongside the finished work. An artist talk will be scheduled during the exhibition. A reading list is provided by TWU WGS Professor Dr. Agatha Beins.
