Description
September Annual Community Art Show and Contest at the Creative Arts Center. Open to community artists; accepts paintings, drawings, sculptures, 3D, photography, mixed media, fiber arts, and other artwork. Up to 3 original pieces per artist. Contest rules and details to be posted closer to the event.
Notes
September 2026 Community Art Contest / Annual Community Art Show and Contest. All submissions require an exhibit entry fee for this month (unlike regular monthly exhibits). Artist Choice is also accepted every month. Submissions accepted during regular business hours (Tue–Fri 10am–5pm, Sat 10am–12pm) the week leading up to the opening; due Sept 2, 2026. Opening reception Friday, Sept 4, 2026, come and go 5:00–7:00 pm; artists strongly encouraged to attend. Contest rules and other details will be posted when closer to this time. All hanging artwork must have a wire on the back. Include artist name, title, medium, and price (if any) on the back. CAC Director and Staff may reject inappropriate work.
