Description
Members-only call for 10 artists to host free vendor booths at the StrEATs festival in Frisco. Artists submit up to 10 portfolio images for juried review; booth spaces are 10x10 under a shared commercial tent and artists retain 100% of sales.

Submission window: 2026-03-06 13:30 to 2026-04-10 23:59. No fee. In collaboration with Frisco Old Town Community and with support from Frisco Arts Foundation. VAGF members only; non-members may join before registering. Submit up to 10 portfolio images for review by VAGF and FOTC jurors. Artists notified of acceptance no later than Apr 17, 2026. Festival is Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Frisco Fresh Market, 9215 John W. Elliott Dr, Frisco, TX 75033. Ten accepted artists receive one 10x10 space under a 10x100 commercial tent free of charge. Booths have no walls and do not include tables, chairs, or electricity; vendors must supply their own equipment. Battery pack required if electricity is needed; no generators allowed. Floor covering is highly recommended because the booth area is on grass. Artists are responsible for signage, promotion, and marketing materials. Banner size, if used, must be at least 2x3 ft, 1x10 ft, or equivalent. Artists handle their own setup and teardown; dollies and pull carts allowed. VAGF board members will be on hand. Attendance estimated at 8,000 people. Artists retain 100% of sales and handle their own transactions. Contact: info@vagf.org.
