Description
Members-only call for 10 artists to host free vendor booths at the StrEATs festival in Frisco. Artists submit up to 10 portfolio images for juried review by VAGF and Frisco Old Town Community; booth spaces are 10x10 under a shared commercial tent.

Submission window: Mar 6, 2026 1:30 PM to Apr 10, 2026 11:59 PM. No fee. Hosted by VAGF in collaboration with Frisco Old Town Community and with support from Frisco Arts Foundation. VAGF members only; non-members may join before registering. Submit up to 10 images. Artists notified no later than Apr 17, 2026. Festival date is Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Frisco Fresh Market. Ten accepted artists receive one free 10x10 booth space under a 10x100 commercial tent. No walls between spaces. Tables, chairs, and electricity are not provided. Artists should bring their own equipment and are highly encouraged to bring floor covering because the booth area is on grass. Battery packs may be used for electricity; no generators. Artists are responsible for signage and promotion. Booth banner, if used, must be at least 2x3 ft, 1x10 ft, or equivalent. Artists handle their own setup and teardown; dollies and pull carts allowed. VAGF board members will be on hand. Artists retain 100% of sales and handle their own transactions. Attendance estimated at 8,000. Contact: info@vagf.org.
