Size minimum 20"x20" and maximum 60" in each dimension (including frame). Media: Painting, Drawing, Photography, Mixed Media. Works must be original; value at least $100. VAGF retains 20% commission on sales.

Eligibility: Free submission for VAGF members only; non-members may join prior to submission (link in text). Submission: Free submission for up to two images; submit artworks as JPEG by submission deadline January 25, 2026. (Listing shows start date 1/5/2026 12:00:00 AM; end date 1/25/2026 11:59:00 PM.) Categories: Painting, Drawing, Photography, Mixed Media. All works must be original concept. Theme: Even More Colorful Abstract. Notification: Artists notified of purchase offer or acceptance into the show by January 28, 2026. Sales: Purchase transactions handled by VAGF; VAGF retains 20% commission from all sales generated through the show. Pieces must have a value of at least $100. Delivery/drop-off: Works accepted must be delivered to The Beacon, 7291 Elm St, Frisco TX 75034 on Sunday, February 8, 2026 between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Failure to bring artwork during drop-off results in exclusion. Pickup: Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Failure to pick up during pickup time results in storage fees of $10 per day starting with pickup day. Meet the Artists event: will be scheduled later. Artwork requirements: 2D artworks must be at least 20" by 20" and up to 60" maximum size; each dimension at least 20 inches and no more than 60 inches (including the frame). Ready-to-hang with wire taut at the upper fourth of the frame; saw hook hanging not accepted. All works on 1/2"–1" canvases should be framed. All works on 1 1/2"–2" canvases need neatly painted edges if not framed. Multi-unit works must be connected to hang as a single unit. VAGF reserves the right to refuse entry at load-in due to weight, size, structural integrity, or other considerations. Rules: Artwork must stay in VAGF exhibitions until pickup time on pickup day and must be signed out; removal without written permission by a VAGF board member may incur significant penalties. Partner gallery owners/associates cannot give permission for release without written approval by a VAGF board member.
