Description
Members-only call for all 2D media at The Gallery residential building. Theme is Funky Modern Colorful / Mixed Media and Collage. Some accepted works may be purchased for permanent residential-hallway placement or included in a rotating gallery.
Notes
Submit up to 5 JPEG images: $10 for the first 3 and $2 each for up to 2 additional images. Include artwork price in the Notes section. 2D hanging work must be 16 to 60 inches on each side, excluding frame. Notification of purchase offer or acceptance by May 26, 2026. Work must be priced from $100 to $1,000; VAGF handles transactions and retains 20% commission. Bio must be third person, one paragraph, maximum 50 words; artist statement must be first person, up to 3 paragraphs and 250 words. Deliver accepted work June 6, 2026, 2:00 PM–3:00 PM. Rotating-gallery pickup will be announced with acceptance; estimated exhibition duration is 4 months. Meet the Artists event will be scheduled later. Work must be wired and ready to hang; saw hooks are not accepted. Canvases 1/2 to 1 inch should be framed; unframed 1 1/2 to 2 inch canvases need neatly painted edges.
