Description
Members-only themed exhibition at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea in Frisco. Accepts Painting, Drawing, Photography, and Mixed Media; free for up to 2 JPEG images. Theme is Spring; works may not exceed 36 inches in either dimension including frame and must be for sale.
Notes
Submission window: 2025-12-06T07:42 to 2026-01-11T23:59. Free for current VAGF members only; non-members may join before the deadline. Artists notified by 2026-01-15. Accepted works must be delivered on Sunday, 2026-02-01 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and picked up on Saturday, 2026-03-28 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea, 13030 Preston Rd, Ste 100, Frisco TX 75035. Meet the Artists event will be announced later. Accepted artists receive calendar invites from vagfsuggestions@gmail.com. Failure to deliver on time results in exclusion. Failure to pick up on time results in $25/day storage fees starting on pickup day. Works must be ready to hang with wire taut at the upper fourth of the frame; saw hooks not accepted. 1/2" canvases should be framed; 1" to 2" canvases need neatly painted edges if unframed. Sold artwork must remain on display until end of exhibition. Artwork must stay in all VAGF exhibitions until pickup and must be signed out. VAGF retains 20% commission/donation from sales.
