Description
Members-only photography call for a rotating gallery exhibition at The View in Frisco. Up to 5 JPEG images; 2D hanging photography only; size 16x16 to 60x60 inches unframed. Works may be purchased for permanent hallway display or included in a rotating gallery.
Notes
Submission window: 2026-03-07 06:00 to 2026-04-29 23:59. Extended deadline. Fee is $10 for first 3 entries, with up to 2 additional entries at $2 each. VAGF members only; non-members may join before submitting. Theme is Retro / Modern / Industrial. Medium accepted: Photography only. Please include artwork price in Notes. Artists notified of purchase offer or acceptance by May 4, 2026. Artwork value must be $100 to $1,000. VAGF handles sales and retains 20% donation commission. Bio: third person, one paragraph, max 50 words. Artist statement: first person, up to 3 paragraphs, max 250 words. Accepted works must be delivered Sunday, May 31, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at The Platform building at 3rd and Ash St. Rotating gallery pickup date will be announced in acceptance email; estimated exhibition duration is 4 months. Dates subject to change because building is under construction. Meet the Artists event will be scheduled later. Works must be ready to hang with wire; saw hooks not accepted. Canvases 1/2 to 1 inch should be framed; 1 1/2 to 2 inch canvases must have neatly painted edges if unframed. Artwork must remain until pickup and be signed out.
