Description
Members-only call for a themed 2D exhibition at The Beacon in Frisco. Accepts Painting, Drawing, Photography, and Mixed Media. Theme is Everyday Life; free submission for up to 2 JPEG images; works must be 16x16 to 48x48 inches including frame.

Submission window: 2026-06-05 12:00 AM to 2026-08-02 11:58 PM. Free for current VAGF members only; non-members may join before submitting. Artists submit JPEGs by Aug 2, 2026 and are notified of acceptance by Aug 7, 2026. Accepted works must be delivered to The Beacon, 7291 Elm St, Frisco TX 75034, on Saturday, Aug 29, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and picked up on Sunday, Jan 10, 2027 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Meet the Artists event to be announced. Accepted artists receive calendar invites from vagfsuggestions@gmail.com. Failure to deliver on time results in exclusion; failure to pick up on time results in $25/day storage fees starting on pickup day. Works must be ready to hang with wire taut at the upper fourth of the frame; saw hooks not accepted. 1/2-inch canvases should be framed; 1-2 inch canvases need neatly painted edges if unframed. All artwork sold must remain on display until end of exhibition. Artwork must remain in VAGF exhibitions until pickup and be signed out. VAGF retains 20% commission/donation from all sales.
