8th show at Venture X Fairview/Allen. VAGF members only; free submission up to 2 JPEG images. 2D artwork must be at least 30" x 30" (both dimensions) not including frame. Categories: Painting, Drawing, Photography, Mixed Media; open subject. Notification by Jan 3, 2026. Delivery Feb 1, 2026; pickup May 3, 2026. 20% commission donation to VAGF; pieces must be valued at least $100. Meet the Artists event scheduled later.

Host: Visual Arts Guild of Frisco. Partnership with Venture X in Fairview-Allen, TX; 8th show titled Go Moderate to Massive. Eligibility/submission: submission free and for VAGF members only; non-members may participate by paying membership fee online prior to submission deadline. Free submission up to two images; submit JPEGs. Artwork requirements: 2D artworks at least 30" by 30" or bigger (both dimensions at least 30 inches), NOT including the frame. Categories: Painting, Drawing, Photography, Mixed Media. Subject matter open. All works must be original concept. Ready-to-hang with wire taut at the upper fourth of the frame; saw hook hanging not accepted. Works on 1/2"–1" canvases should be framed; works on 1.5" (1 1/2" +) or larger canvases need neatly painted edges if not framed. Multi-unit works must be connected as a single unit. VAGF reserves right to refuse entry at load-in due to weight, size, structural integrity, or other considerations. Deadline: submission deadline EXTENDED TO midnight on December 30, 2025. Notification: acceptance notification by January 3, 2026. Delivery/drop-off: Sunday, February 1, 2026, 2:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. at Venture X, 163 Town Pl, Fairview, TX 75069. Failure to bring during drop-off time results in exclusion. Pickup: Sunday, May 3, 2026, 2:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. Failure to pick up during pickup time results in storage fees of $25 per day starting with pickup day. Meet the Artists: scheduled later. Sales/commission: VAGF retains 20% commission donation from sales; pieces must have value of at least $100. Removal restriction: artwork must stay in VAGF exhibitions until pickup time on pickup day and must be signed out; removal without written permission by VAGF board member may incur penalties; emergencies/changes must be communicated to info@vagf.org.
