Notification of acceptance is Wednesday, September 23. Load-in is Sunday, September 27, 12:00 PM–2:00 PM. Load-out is Sunday, November 22, 12:00 PM–2:00 PM. The 2026 theme schedule lists approximate dates of September 27–November 22 and notes that dates are subject to change.
